Razer Deathadder here, very happy with it. big improvement from the logitech wireless mouse i had. I've used the logitech mx518 and it was pleasant to use.

Comfortable shape, seems pretty accurate. My only complain is the rubber cover on top. Why???

If I would only play SC2 I'd go with Abyssus, but the DA is better for MMO's and browsing (side buttons).

MS Comfort Optical 1000 When I start working I will buy a death adder or an Abyssus... Did anyone try that Razer Starcraft Banshee something Mouse? Is it good?

And that's BEFORE the weight, the problems with flexing, the size (may not be a prob for some) and so on... Do not buy the RAT if you are after performance rather than looks! Go for the XAI if you have the cash, maybe a Diamondback if you do not...

You have your opinion, I have mine.

Xai is definitley best mouse out there if you don't care about it being left and right handed, and honestly, you shouldn't I have both a Xai and a Logitech G9. I really like both but I slightly prefer the G9. It seems to fit my hand better. It's hard to describe but I feel more 'confident' in the way I can grip it; I don't feel like the mouse will fly out of my hands. Strangely enough, I end up spending more time on my Xai however, because I brought it to use at work. I couldn't stand the crappy Dell mouse that the IT department provided for me.

It's simply to heavy for me even without all the additional weights. Im back on my Abyssus now which has a very nice and comfortable shape and is also very light. after my logitech mini broke (only used it for bw/sc2) i started playing with my g9 but its way to heavy for mass gaming T_T so i need a new sc2 mouse maybe kinzu or the abyssus not sure yet

But yeah i'd probably like a G500 if i had a palm grip but it feels so unnatural to move a mouse like that for me i can't really say.
