Just an optimisation of your settings, i would recommend knocking the resolution up to 704x480 and dropping the framerate to 25 or even 20. I'm not sure about what's happening with the stream getting choppy as your settings are very low..

Hello guys. I'm a div4 player in ETF2L of TF2 , and I would like to stream (not streaming, just record it) my matches. I run normall TF2 with 240 fps, but when I stream I get some fps drops, and a mouse delay, i mean like I lowered the sensitivity of the mouse or smth.
If u could help me to look what happens , I'd be totally pleasured :D

PD: The problem is only in disabled-aero mode, with aero enabled, this delay in the mouse doesn't exist.

Here's my config.

PD2: When I play with aero enabled, my game is kinda with fps drops as I told earlier, but...when I disable aero, I play totally smooth :D But...with unreal sensitivity.

What CPU are you running? In my experience streaming FPS games never works well because even with a boss machine you'll be seeing lower frames per second while streaming, which hurts a lot more in FPS than any other type of game.

Not true, I can do 30fps 768x432 stream using just 650kbps video and 96kbps stereo audio.

Hey I've got this all working on my stream fine, good quality, CPU handles it perfectly wow FFSplit is such a godsend

HOWEVER, When I go into Starcraft 2 it doesn't record the in game graphics apart from the mouse icon, everything else is just black. When I alt-tab into my desktop everything is fine though, there is probably a simple fix, any help?

I will try solve by myself but any assistance would be appreciated.

EDIT: NVM managed to get it working!

My stream is choppy, somewhat. But, my game doesn't lag too badly to influence play too badly.

Ok so guys I am getting some really annoying black flickering on my screen, it is worse at 30FPS than 10FPS so its clearly an FPS thing, any ideas on how to solve? Or do I just have to bring the FPS wayyyyyyy down?

Is your game running in full-screen mode?

If so, change it to a windowed or full-screen windowed mode.
