Now that's not surprising considering my ISP could be throttling stuff (it also happens on some youtube videos/other streams)
Now the real weird issue is the following. Whenever I connect the livestream, then proceed to go back in the VOD timeline and back to realtime. It opens a new connection (i would imagine to keep buffering) but it never actually closes it). Also this new connection is not affected by my own problem with the speed cap.
Ie. this is a screenshot with the blue and red stream open at the same time after switching from medium quality(default) to high going back in time and back to realtime.

Is anyone having similar behavior or is a problem with my setup? This is not only weird but mlg is also using way more bandwidth that they need if all their clients are doing this.
