Running Win10, I want to be able to move windows between monitors with hotkeys (Win+Shift+Arrow) and have snap disabled. However, it seems that disabling snap also disables the hotkeys (who the fuck thought that up?) Anyone know how to keep the hotkeys enabled while disabling snap? My Googling just yields a bunch of crap about disabling snap :\ | ||

The bugs filed for the Mouse + Keyboard + the 3 options to 'Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen' being a global setting all came back as being a "by design" feature that would not be changed. | ||

I built this desktop two years ago. Asus H97-m plus, I7-4790, GTX 960, 250GB Samsung 850 evo, and 2 TB seagate barricuda. Now the issue i'm having is that sometimes my computer just decides to not read the HDD(Which contains the majority of my files) but the SSD works fine when i turn it on or when it wakes up from sleep. What this would look like is that since my desktop is on my HDD, my desktop would be blank and i'd get an error message saying the location of the HDD is unavailable and i can't access the HDD from my computer. My os is on the ssd so i can still boot up. I think the cable works fine because i swapped the cables for the SSD and the HDD and i had the same issue of the computer not reading the HDD What i've done so far to temporary fix the issue was moving around the SATA port that the HDD is connected to on the MB. So i have my SSD on SATA port 0, and my HDD was originally on SATA port 1. It stopped reading there, so i moved it to 2. It worked for a while and then the problem came back again and now i put it on 3 and it's working again. Obviously this isn't a good fix since I only have 6 ports to work with. So is this a Sata port issue on my MB or should i just purchase another hard drive to minimize damage? I've ran some tests using hard drive diagnostic tools like seatools or crystal disk info and the HD passes all the basic tests and the S.M.A.R.T test with an OK. So i'm not too sure what the problem is right now. | ||

CrystalDiskInfo sometimes says HDD is alright when it's not. In this case I believe your HDD is having issues and SMART confirms this to me. Can you access the files at all? | ||

Not sure when it will go down again or permanently but I'm just backing everything up right now in case it does happen. | ||

I have a noob question : I wanted to let my friends watch my games on my TV while I was playing sc2, got an hdmi cable, everything went ok except that I can't find how to have the sound both on the TV and on my headset, which is kind of annoying. Is there a simple way to use 2 audio output at the same time (the gpu for the tv via the hdmi cable and the soundcard for my headset). (I'm using win10) | ||

A mixer will do what you want, but there are cases where an audio interface would be very beneficial (music production, primarily). | ||

Since I'm probably just going to be messing around I'll probably just get a mixer and like a 40 dollar mic. I'm not professional or anything yet just want to experiment with it. | ||

I have this mic and am pretty happy with it, but I have an interface so I've never tried it with USB. (I think this is basically the same mic with a different shell for a bit cheaper, if that helps) | ||
