By the way. Since I used a .iso to move my old windows from a OEM to this current one, I started getting this messages that my windows key isnt valid. Anything I can do about that? Keeps popping up even if I write it in there again

No I will do it for him right now. When he starts the PC a bunch of numbers pop up along with something called the Disc controller. According to him that is whats removing his files but I donno

After the disc controll finished it started resetting a bunch of files. First time according to him apparantly. Its resetting like 300k files~

Chances are you are using the wrong key for the version of Windows you have.

Windows repair did nothing. gonna try to do a factory reset. not hard to reinstall

Edit!!: Apparantly windows repair said it did nothing but games doesnt make it crash anymore. It used to say that the OS stopped responding or something like that

There's Home Basic and Home Premium. Assuming you're using the right version then the other reasons why a key would be invalid is because you are mistyping it or your Windows is an upgrade version rather than an OEM.

Another question if you dont mind. Since I am not legally allowed to use the product key for windows on another PC. How does it work then? Do I have to remove the windows on my old pc or how does that work?
