Yesterday I stumbled upon this mouse: Revoltec RE122 Fightmouse Elite Its a laser one with 9 buttons (bit too much), adjustible weight and so on. I've read pretty much positive about it. What do you think of it, guys? Anyone had experience with it already? PS: I have my MX518, but I'd like to upgrade it.

I just recently purchased the Deathadder 2013 addition and OH MY GOD this mouse is amazing. Love the feel of it (I use a hybrid palm/claw grip). The side grips are amazing and gaming on it feels really smooth. I have it set a 0 accel and 1800 dpi. Recommend it to buy if I still have a working Sensei or wait till this one wears out?

1. What's your grip style? Palm 2. What's your sensitivity? 1500-4000 3. What's your maximum budget? Any 4. Do you want additional buttons? Yes 5. What games do you play? FPS 6. Do you mind angle snapping? Yes. 7. Other relevant information: I need a wireless one, hand size is medium-large Can also please recommend a soft comfy mousepad , but have a smooth texture and durable one (not easily frayed)? I'm using razer goliathus right now and it's time to find replacement, i'm thinking about razer megasoma2 or roccat hiro, which one of those are better? Thanks.

It has a 500Hz polling rate so 2ms response time so it gives a wired mouse latency feeling. Works on wood, cloth mousepads, plastic mouse pads and plastic surfaces as far as I can tell. I've tried this thing 4 meters way from the USB wireless dongle and it works without dropping or high latency. Only problem I might have with it is the weight because it carries at least 1 AA battery.

Any recommendation on a replacement? All my gears are now Steelseries except my mouse. Would be nice if I could change the weight as with my G9X. Thanks

I'm looking to buy a mouse meeting the following criteria: - wireless - not too small, no laptop mouse - mousewheel runs smooth, doesn't make noise and snaps to steps - ideally no extra buttons and no left-right-axis for mousewheel - simple design do you have any recommendations for a ~30$ budget? thanks ![]()

It's not like a smooth line up to ~5% faster, which would be bad but maybe a little acceptable if it came to it, it's just a rollercoaster pattern of response across movement speeds which makes it a trainwreck for trying to do 1:1 movements if your DPI is not a four digit number On January 14 2014 09:54 wptlzkwjd wrote: ![]() EVGA launches new carbon fiber coated mouse http://eu.evga.com/articles/00817/ Saw that on OCN a week or two ago, got to sensor part and stopped reading optical version apparently coming, so will see if they choose something that works decently

I can't think of any wireless mouse that isn't generic for under $30 other than the Roccat Pyra Wireless... Honestly for such a small budget, you won't be getting a 500MHz mouse so you might as well get a generic wireless mouse. Saw that on OCN a week or two ago, got to sensor part and stopped reading optical version apparently coming, so will see if they choose something that works decently Yeah I was pretty disappointed with a laser sensor as well. For some reason, the laser mice I've had always have a weird jitter when you click despite being low DPI. Hopefully they will have the optical version with the carbon fiber coating as well.

I just think that in what you call 'generic wireless mice' there's still important differences like the quality of the wheel and the size. Extra buttons aren't too bad, I would just prefer it be as simple as possible. The Microsoft Wireless Mouse 1000 kinda appeals to me.

Many wireless or just bad mice are 125hz, so you have 8ms of delay between movement getting sent to system, most decent mice are 500 or 1000hz (2ms or 1ms, it doesn't really matter at that point) which is very noticeable if you have used both, but it's harder for wireless mice to do (more data to send wirelessly, bigger drain on battery etc AFAIK)

I think I've been overclocking too much. You would want 500Hz (logitech G602) or 1000Hz (Roccat Pyra Wireless) if you want to play games or something because that's what wired mice usually have. Anything less and you will feel the mouse will tend to be a little slower or lag. A generic mice would be something like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Logitech-M510-Blue-Wireless-Unifying-Mouse-with-unifying-receiver-Windows-Mac-/251339280266?pt=Mice&hash=item3a84fd0f8a Yes, even between generic mice you have differences in quality and feel depending on which brand or price you pay for. However, they all tend to have 125Hz polling rates which means you'll have an 8ms response time, which is noticeable more slower than a wired mouse. I mean, if you're just using it for surfing the web or something, it's totally fine. If you're playing starcraft then you'll probably want to up your budget. The carbon fiber mouse with avago 9800 is $120 btw Source? I can't seem to find it on google... That said, it's a huge disappointment...

NEW mouse = WIRED* Claw/Palm Price is whatever, I have already been researching certain mouses around the fourm, such as Kova and while I do like the appeal of RAT, some say its not the most comfortable piece of equipment out there. I am open to any kind of suggestions, please and thank you!
