EPTSo i finally got my new laptop ASUS g73 JW.
But i can't get it to full resolution ( 1920) on my external MONITOR using HDMI cable .
Any of u guys got any idea's?

Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date? Sometimes new laptops aren't updated. | ||

When i d/l the latest nvidia driver, it says its not compatible . But i really select the right driver, and using the automated search graphic driver gives me the same driver. | ||

And using drivers from asus site same problem . Somebody referred a different driver, before installing this i could only see HD,SD with resolutions in control panel of nvidia . ANd now it has added below HD , SD I can select PC resolutions but they only go up to 1650 x 1050. When using the 1920 * 1080 my screen is bigger then my monitor ( meaning i cant see my entire start balk or my side screen. | ||
