I'm using a Microsoft ComfortCurve 2000, simply because I liked the keyboard. The keys are really light and easy to press, so no problems with trying to spam left hand. It should be noted that while the F1 key is usually above 1, sometimes it is slightly to the right of 2 on certain keyboard models--this makes BW are little difficult for me to play, since I mistakenly hit F1 while trying to recall a screen location.

If you've really gone through 6 of those keyboards, then I think the word 'reliable' probably doesn't mean what you think it means. Either that or you're doing some serious mistreatment.

As for my keyboard, it's just a Unicomp customizer model M clone, with the UK layout and a couple of windows keys added on.

Old version of the G15. Blue is better than the newer red. Seems to have better quality buttons and hash the ipod-style volume control rather than buttons. Screen is adjustment too.

I never liked Razer. Their early mice were too light and the high DPS is just marketing. I tried their new keyboard at a friend's recently and they don't compare to logitech and some microsofts. But then again, not all logitech keyboards are made equal either.

Mx518 for mouse and Steel Qck for pad.

3/3 same stuff

Looks "fancy" but the only reasons I got it was because it had a close resemblance to my previous keyboard, and I wanted volume up/down + mute keys.

I really don't feel like I need macro keys to "up my play". Just get something you feel comfortable with, the previous keyboard I had before this one was a cheap 9,99$ logitech standard keyboard, and I dare say it was the best damn keyboard i've had. I tried buying the exact same model but couldn't find it anywhere

I bet that doesn't have APM technology though

Edit: I have a cheapie logitech off of newegg. It's spectacular, and I won't feel bad if I somehow break it raging against Terran.

some sort of logitech deluxe, model name says y-su6l. Its a simple mechanical keyboard that has a nice feel to it.
I don't understand the purpose of flashy keyboars that have tons of features, small screens and what not. The only reason to buy them is for their nice design, but i'm not into that.

Any of these will do fine.

The 7G is mechanical, so i would have to recommend that. You're going to have to wait for information on the blackwidow though, theres no real consensus if its good or not, apparently its using the cherry MX blue switches, but no one is sure. I would actually skip all these "gaming" brand keyboards and go for a good mechanical keyboard that does not boast by gamers for gamers and spend millions on advertising every year.

I have the G11, its the same keyboard as the G15 except no screen and therefore cheeper. Its pretty awesome and its built like a fucking tank. I could beat some one to death with it, wipe off the blood and then play some SC2 and it would feel exactly the same.

Only downside is its kinda big/heavy for taking to lan parties, not that that's an issue with SC2(grumble grumble)

I posted a strangely identical video of one a page back. That's basically what the razer is gonna be except for sound cause every manufacturer changes how plate interacts with keys.

I bought the Razer Lycosa. Worth 80 dollars? Definitely not. It is badly produced imo. The jacks on it are loose and sometimes don't work. Do I love it...? Yes. It has a great feel and even though I don't think it improves my game at all, it makes me feel better.

I have a rather cheap keyboard but I really needed one with a small footprint and I wanted the number pad on the side.

Its by I-rocks, not great but not bad either

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823204015

I'll prolly upgrade to a mechanical at some point but have other upgrades I'd rather do first

I use a Cherry G80-3000, a mechanical board. I got it for release and honestly it feels great. Every key press is precise and satisfying. The only downside is that it is quite loud, so perhaps the 'black' (I believe) switches are a better option, which have the same precise feeling but less sound. I think these are the ones found on the Steelseries 7g, although that was double the price of my keyboard.

I would certainly recommend the investment (£60). I have used Razer keyboards and cheap membrane keyboards and I can't use them anymore after this experience.

I think you want the MX Brown switches. They have had the click "silenced" but still have the tactile touch. This means you get the feel of a clicky keyboard without the sound

I have a Filco with MX Browns and it's great.
