I'm not sure if I agree with the prediction though, Netherlands sure has two strong players and USA "only" 1 (although Future is not too far from Harstem/uThermal level this year) but Neeb is very strong and ace players usually carry in Nation Wars.
Hopefully South Korea gets through and INno performs well. Even if it's on the bad patch he should be able to beat anyone here.

About which patch it's played on, I dunno if it was clear for the public, but from watching players streams they know very well that it's on current patch so don't worry (for example HM said he didn't practice test mod because Nation Wars is on the current patch)
