Edit: ofc it is still a popularity contest, but I gues it is 100% fine for this format.

To say the truth, qualifiers do not necessarily select the best players, just the ones who performed better on the day(s) when the qualifiers are held: sc2 is volatile enough for better players to lose. That people might trollvote or select a fan favourite is indeed one possibility, but we can responsibly choose to vote for the best possible lineup(in many cases this is very hard to define, just look at South Korea or France, but in many others it is much easier).

I feel like Clem / MarineLorD might be a good choice if Terran ends up being buffed when the games will be played, whereas PtitDrogo / Dns will probably be nerfed. So I’d go with the two terrans and one of the Protoss, but I don’t know which one. Denver is also a very good player nowadays and a former teammate, so it’s a really tough choice. Stephano didn’t participate this time but I don’t think us frenchies would have fallen in the same trap after his 3 nation wars with 0 maps won (or is it two?) As for Koreans, I’d like to see some new faces than soO/INno whom I saw in France last time. Maybe fantasy / zest / RagnaroK? By the way, will the offline part played in front of a live audience like in 2018? @Aeromi

Seems like an awesome dude ^^ For Finnland: Fuzer placed 2nd after Zhu in the qualifier for ASUS Rog. So either Fuzer or Loulis Both have extremely sexy pictures in

Vote the best players for each nation you'd like to see winning. Vote the weakest players (preferably same races) for each nation you'd like to see underperforming.

Sorry for my broken eng. To be clear: there are no wrong votes. Otherwise we wouldn't be asking for votes and would just do an invitational format based on WCS points or something. The whole point here is to have players whom people want to see play, no matter why.

- 6140 posts on TL: on of the (if not the) most active TL users in the whole voting across all countries - he's both a part of our community and a bit of an outcast, often banned for his overflowing passion for reaction GIFs and images after Finnish victory/loss - can cast in English and Finnish: has done tremendous work for both the Finnish scene and our own LR tournaments - creator of the LUOLISBUILD, one of the greatest advancements in Terran history - even after many years of playing the game to no personal gain, he practices constantly and truly cares about his games - an incredibly fun guy to talk to after winning, a potential luolis interview would be a treat - even funnier after losing, the inevitable loss would produce months of quality TL content across many threads If none of those convince you, I urge you to consider a completely opposite viewpoint: Finland is OP anyway with Serral, so why pick the strongest players for the other positions?

Once upon a time, young aocowns was lured to the depths of finland to participate in a csgo lan with luolis and his team. Luolis the great team captain performed admirably, but ultimately we were placed in the group of death and did not advance. But so efficient and famous was Luolis' ability to shotcall, and so unlimited was his endurance, that he was impromptu hired by a team that was still in the tournament to help them with tactics and live shotcalling. I will never forget the zeal with which he shouts his victory roar, it is a truly inspiring sight that surely you will all see if you vote him onto the team. He might not be as good a player as Serral, but his talent for tactics and quick thinking will surely make him a valuable asset to team finland. #ILMAINEN

One kinda gets the feeling that some people tend to underestimate the level of Luolis' career accomplishments. The LR Starleague is actually a pretty high level tournament series. Bolivia: Darkunnammed - His ID and picture are just perfect. Brazil: TurkeyDano - Surprised everyone with nonstandard builds and winning matches he was expected to lose during Nation Wars V. Croatia: Ptak - The legendary Ptak who took down ByuN and Zest at the height of their career in 2016. Norway: Poseidon - Played nonstandard last year and gave entertaining interviews. South Korea: Kiwian - GSL Code A champion from 2011 who is still active. Vietnam: MeomaikA - Famously took down Maru 2:0 in WESG 2019.

Obviously South Korea is stacked but there are a few other countries that have more than three good choices. I would like to see the best TEAMS each country can field (especially USA - let’s vote to win for once guys!) I voted for who I felt were the top three regardless of race in each country, but it’s nice when they can throw out a T Z and a P as their top three together.

If the results don't show that you're the number 1 vote getter overall, this vote is more rigged than a North Korean election.

I was definitely one of the biggest scalps in all of SC2 back in the day so extremely prestigious indeed for Luolis to defeat me
