The change in format in this case was detrimental to Reynor, hopefully the votation will give him his spot back to him following the current trend; Scarlett seriously risks not to go at this rate.

Heromarine having so many votes seems kind of inappropriate to me but I wouldn't actually mind to see him and uThermal at GSL vs The World; I just hope Heromarine doesn't repeat the embarassing performance he had at BlizzCon last year and finally gets to beat a decent korean player: he has been performing well in WCS and quite poorly outside of it.

I voted for people based on their rankings, but I still think scarlet has always underperformed for her ladder/general ability to play. Seems like she comes up short in tournaments generally. Hope she can get the 4th spot. Currently, she is leading there, and the Z lineup would be pretty stacked if she does get in; not to mention the 2 god toss players. Honestly, I might even lean towards The World Team having a better lineup than Korea this year O.o wtff

Unless there another unusual surge like with Kelazhur last year, it seems likely that both Scarlett and Reynor will make it.

While I understand fans want to see Scarlett but she has been atrocious this year outside her solitary WESG run she has been a ghost. She took a leap backwards and doesnt seem as invested in sc2 as she used to be. She plays a lot of Dota as well. Like kelazur she is part time atm. My hope was we get to see Trap who would of been auto invited in the older rules. But that doesn't look likely now.

The issue is Scarlett has been losing to some really bad players lately. Unless you include her WESG run She hasn't beaten a Korean in a wcs event in quite some time.

I guess he is referring to the Chinese fandom... since she is using that Chinese social media Weiboo lately she only has to mention this and post the link and she will get hundreds of votes.

I would like to see her play, but honestly Reynor deserves this much more: he is way better right now, more invested in SC2 and more fun to watch, plus this would be his first GSLvsWorld.
