Dude, just insane, I listened to the latest pylon show on a long drive. It was great, finally got to my destination to learn that he passed. Life is short, can't believe it. I've been watching him for 9 years. Rest in Peace, you were taken too soon.

Wow that's fucked up, I really disliked him in the early days as a player. But when he became more and more of a caster I kinda enjoyed him. I personally think he was the best caster, i really loved his humor and openness. Something was missing last HSC... this is really tragic

Are their any more further infos about the infection ? Was it like a small cut or a big open wound or something internal ?

it's just so fucking stupid. he's the one that got me into sc2 10 years ago talking about how he couldn't get into diamond when all of his friends were and cracking me up while listening to his commentary on youtube and the state of the game in my ear piece. such a damn shame

He was streaming last week... And now he is gone.
One of the funniest people I've ever watched. His streams and live events were always a pleasure to watch. Rest in peace and thank you for everything for the past 9 years.

I actually shared that tweet with my friend when Geoff posted it, and we were talking about how Incontrol has been having a rough time in the past few months. We said he's still very young and he'll be ok. Still can't believe he's gone

I was too shocked by the news last night to really react to it, but reading all of the heartfelt posts and rewatching the highlight videos this morning just really drove it all home. The community has lost a truly unique and wonderful individual, and we are truly blessed to have been able to share so many laughs with Geoff. There aren't many people who can claim they've been a part of the community for longer than he has, and his presence has been a beacon for many eras of esports.

Thank you for everything, Geoff. You will never be forgotten.
