Let's just say us East Asian triad: China, Japan and Korea hate one another so badly we have got many derogatory terms to ashame each other, even though culturally we were very connected. So "stick" is a very old derogtary term Chinese use to describe Koreans, I'm not going to tell you the exact origin.

So as long as this is the case, he probably doesn't care about GSL ban.

Of course you can just find another reason to fire the employe anyway. But pro player aren't really employe and esport contract are garbage anyway.

I didn't follow the Guru incident, but didn't he repeatedly write racial slurs in game? I don't think Blizzard should ban TIME for what he wrote there since but they should warn him, demand further explanations and ask him to publicly apologize. To be clear, I strongly despise racism and death threats.

Even when hardcore swearing, it doesn't include that kind of stuff, and spanish has huge variety when cursing. And judging by the other guy's response, he was as "wtf..." as all of us. As I said before, to me it looks like a drunk rant of someone with low ethical values. Then again, this is a personal conversation. The fact that TIME seems to be fucked up has nothing to do with Starcraft or Blizzard.

Maybe not in Canada but in modern society don‘t have any space for racist or antifeminism. We can find thousands and thousands examples that people saying shlt in social media and lose their jobs. Pro players are public figure they have much more responsibility to keep their thinking positive and what TIME said is lower than the bottom line that society can accept

The OP author registered today is apparently just for this post. I am from China but not a Time fan at all, I don't follow any SC2 player except TY.
