TIME thinks he is a trustworthy guy so he said words like that to him, just to complain what region-lock done to him. However Shenkui post this on his weibo and been re-post in here without context.
I think it's a huge misunderstanding between what he just said and what he originally meant to. Though he need to apologize for it, I don't think he should be severly punished by GSL or Blizzard once he apologize. Sry about my bad English skill.
