Also after watching the video, I am slightly disappointed they didn't show Stats beat their other player to reach the SSL finals ![]()

Looking forward to see Stats plays under Splyce tag, also you should follow the Splyce Twitter account, it is one of the best esport account, Splyce knows how to talk to gamers.

I'm not invalidating your concern, I just want to make sure we don't come off in that way for anyone else, and something that we can address. If you're not familiar with Splyce, we've had some pretty big success in other games (Worlds in league of legends, grand finals of call of duty championship, won Blizzcon in WoW)

Keep in mind, our scene has made a lot of bad experiences with shady teams/team owners so... "new" professional teams picking up big name players will always have to deal with these kind of comments.

Totally fair. Looking forward to getting our brand known in SC so there isn't that worry in the future ![]()

Anyway Splyce is a legit team with real fingers in other scenes so it looks positive from my angle, very much enjoy seeing the pickups and should be fun to watch in 2017!

The fans have seen more than their share of high profile explosions where players went reportedly unpaid and teams collapsed unceremoniously with worse than PEA levels of 'he-said / she-said' back and forth accusations so people tend to be understandably gunshy. Hell I think it happened twice with Quantic. And their rep, Lazerchicken, seems to be on the up and up. He responds to our concerns, and addresses comments like yours. I too am normally skeptical, but I have a good feeling about Splyce. They aren't an overnight team that appeared from the forest with a bag full of money. They slowly expanded into different franchises, and to me that is a good sign. What I've noticed from many of the failures is that they tried to expand too aggressively, thinking that the ecosystem can support their expansion. I would like to see what else Splyce does before I drop the gavel and pass judgement.
