Why do you want so bad to prevent someone from explaining it to me? What is it with this Christmas tree? I have no idea how I'm supposed to take your advice about me not talking about going off topic. I'm so perfectly on topic that I have no experience with going off topic, therefore I'm not qualified to speak on it? All of my questions are specific to the topic at hand. Picasso challenging me to earn his respect (lol) is not relevant to HSC's announcement. An organization that cared about their relationship with the community would contact the graphic design artist or whoever is responsible for the Christmas tree and provide an explanation. I'd hazard a guess that they used a Christmas tree as a way to present it because we're a couple weeks away from Christmas? Topical, Christmas spirit and such.

If this is a forum for discussion, As for your conspiracy theory or whatever, I think that's too far off topic to discuss here. is kinda moot. This thread is an announcement. If you want to stay on topic, discuss/speculate about the announcement. You discuss the way it was presented. Which is not the topic, ergo off topic. Other than that, you said it already. Picasso challenging me to earn his respect (lol) is not relevant to HSC's announcement. Neither is the question why it was presented as a christmas tree. PS: you're not funny. And you will never find out the secret behind the christmas tree.

PS: you're not funny. And you will never find out the secret behind the christmas tree. The way the topics work in a forum is that someone submits a new post like this www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/499823-player-list-for-hsc-xii#1 and people reply to the content in that post. The tree is in the post. People can put whatever they want in the post. The people replying are on topic if they're discussing things in the post or relevant to the post. I took an interest in the tree and other relevant topics and the people responsible were quite rude about it, discouraging me from taking an interest rather than being receptive to the very thing that is most natural to expect when posting content on a forum. That's not nice. And they go against their own interests just to be rude to me. It's against their interests because every time someone replies, this topic gets bumped to the top of the list of topics in this subforum. By discouraging me from discussing their topic, it receives less attention. Discussion is what the replies are for. But it's supposed to be on topic discussion, so the matter about me earning Picasso's respect is not appropriate discussion. I think you're mistaken about what's moot and my advice to you (to return the favor) is that you go back to the drawing board on understanding how this all works. And now you yourself have gone off topic by making this about rating my comedic ability. I don't think someone reading about the player list for HSC wants to know if Picasso respects me or if m4ini thinks I'm funny. We've got to stay on topic here but I've got nothing more to add to my original questions. You've made me go on such a tangent to justify my questions. Poe's law ![]() But because it's fun: I think the players are the ornaments to show that without these players (ornaments) the christmas tree (hsc) would be just another fir tree. You couldn't tell it apart from any other tree in the woods (sc2 tournament scene). Only these players make it special so we can celebrate christmas like it is supposed to be. ![]()

![]() I want to follow the lead of this poet and make a metaphor between our beloved HSC players and ornaments I've photographed on my own Christmas tree. HuK ![]() HuK is an ice cold Coca Cola, a refreshing treat. Hyun ![]() Hyun is a reindeer so powerful and deliverer of gifts. Rotti ![]() Rotti is a snowman who is really fun but won't end well. Nightend ![]() Nightend is a trumpet always fun to listen to. Bunny ![]() Bunny is an old wizard revered but slowing down for the moment. Lambo ![]() Lambo is a horsey that always guarantees a fun ride. Miniraiser ![]() Miniraiser is an angel sharing his benevolence with the world. Thank you ![]()
