If he wants to be a clown he could aim for that of course. I just don't think it is very worthy for a guy like MC. He should play his best game and against the best. Not horse around in his underpants. Just my opinion though. or he should just literally do anything he feels good doing because he is a human being who plays a computer game well and not an object for others to place arbitrary values and standards on Chill dude, MC is one of the most successful progamers in the scene and that makes him a public figure and a little bit more than "...a human being who plays a computer game well...". It is sweet of you to defend MC and all that, but I, like all the other fans of SC2, are still entitled to express our opinions on what we think of MC's current and future SC2-activities whether you like it or not. you're way off the mark bro, i didn't say or imply you're not "entitled" and in fact was replying to your opinion with my opinion which is generally how discussion works. no one needs to chill here

I would have been shocked if he did afreeca BW. His main fan base is SC2 players, and with the current level of talent in the BW scene it's highly unlikely he would be successful enough to attract a good viewerbase. He is entertaining though, so maybe he could still have some success there going the way of a larva, shuttle, or terror.

Good news. Always saddens me when someone retires from the scene completely.

MC will probably be contributing more to the starcraft by streaming and not leaving all cold turkey.

Love his stream!
I love even more the fact that he's 0-9 and counting against Bly for today.

because its pretty big news that he won't be playing in any tournaments anymore

I love the trash talk that goes between the two of them, maybe we'll get to see drama unfold!
