if that's what a rivalry looks like to you, you need to learn what a rivalry is. that's standard shit MC and idra did to everyone.

At tournaments how often did Idra flip someone off? I know he did MC and Huk, but don't think he really did anyone else.

Well, I think Idra gave him the finger because he was taunted, not because it was MC. Don't think many have had the nerves to taunt him. He would have done that to anyone I think. I don't recall MC having something special for Idra either, he did that to everyone, even since bw, right? "suicide toss" iirc? They did run into each other a few times I guess, as they both tended to go far in foreign tournaments in the early days, but not sure I'd go as far as rivalry? Maybe a little...

Blew my innocent little mind. Back when I played Zerg and thought 1 base muta was a good build.

I remember MC and Idra having a bit of a rivalry, due to, but not limited to this incident. It faded though and Idra, of course, went on to have a multitude of rivalries (and to become less relevant to players like MC). I particularly liked the Zenio one. Many times, rivalries are just created by hype and there was a lot of that at the time. It is fair to state that, at least for a while, there was a MC - Idra rivalry.

The fact that they are both streaming after quitting sc2 is probably meaningless or irrelevant to their rivalry.

http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/IdrA/Rivalries Of course MC is a much more accomplished player than Idra but that's not necessarily how it works in Hypetown.
