Aw yeah, Bomber is done resting and preparing for GSL so he is playing in SPL again.
Such an important player for the team if they want to go really far. If they had parting as well they could probably have gone all the way.
Really excited for Leenock vs Zest. Leenock has been playing amazing vs protoss lately so happy he drew a toss. Still very shaky in ZvZ
Edit: Also really excited to see Stork playing. I guess it's because they Samsung is already out

If I'm not mistaken, it's the third week in a row spP's not playing. Now, I'm super glad about it ('cause I put him on anti in my FPL like an idiot), but I'm still wondering why he gets benched out to let the rookies play, and why they don't rotate who sits on the bench... I believe INno and Dark have played every single time so far.

The latter two are hard to call.
ByuL played terribly last week and is constantly hit or miss in ZvZ. Yet, it's still a ZvZ and Dark hasn't really shown what he can do there just yet.
I'm reserving judgement on Dream vs Bbyong until I see if Dream's banished his TvT demons of old in tonight's code S group.
Looks like an ace match to me on initial inspection though.

YoDa should win easily, his TvT is on point. Myungsik probably going to loose to Yonghwa, because PvP is his weakest MU and yongwha strongest... I think if TerrOr can win, which I believe he can, then it will go to ace and Prime will take it 3-2...
But this one will not be easy as I though before...

CJ is in 100%, despite them not being green in Lliquipedia. Even if they lose 3-0, they'll only have a -1 indicator, which is the same as StarTale-Yoe has now, so they'd still be ahead of whoever lost the KT-StarTale match.
Similarly, KT also has a -1 indicator, so they'd be ahead of StarTale-Yoe no matter the score as long as they win, and since Jin Air has a +4, they'll be behind Jin Air no matter what if they lose. So it all rides on this match for them.
StarTale-Yoe is in a similar position to KT, but due to their better record, they have one Hail Mary, as they can still get in if Samsung plays the spoiler for JIn Air.
Jin Air is on a clean break here. They win, they're in the playoffs. They lose, they're vulnerable to a last-second KT.
So,
IF StarTale beats KT, KT is out.

I am a really big fan of Bomber. I mean really big. I even play his playstyles. I love everything about him. But even my head thinks that Bomber is the one who will get raped even if Flash plays as bad as before. After his recent performances, i think we will see him losing next 4 months. My heart had hopes today, but watching Bomber getting 0-4 in his group, destroyed those hopes.

Leenock captain forever. Even picked him as a captain last year when he couldn't play at all because his contract with yoeFW demanded him to be in Taiwan for a certain amount of months.

What information do coaches have access to ahead of time? Are they just given a map order, and both coaches blindly submit their player lists? Or do they only pick player order without even knowing the maps?
I haven't stumbled across this information anywhere.

i'm almost positive that they just have knowledge of the maps and the order (all the maps were pre set at the beginning of the round iirc).

Maps are known ahead of time. Like if you look on Liquipedia next round you'll see the map order for each matchup for every week of round 2.

The big 4 is already used to all of this, they need to believe a bit more in their team.
