for now, he might think he has potential or he is good but after a while, everyone will run in oblivion and realize how good sc2 is for example, idra is ALREADY one of the pros that's being irrelvant in the scene, even in the beta

Seems like a fun game, if it needs an expansion for everyone to come back and play.

Excellent choice actually, hasuobs. I can see this game becoming very successful for blizzard and for the pros who dedicate their time to it. GLHF

Until then, I'm in the same boat. I hope I can find my love for SC2 again. Man, I'm having a fun time playing Heroes, such a blast. Gogo Well Met

I mostly refer to Heroes of the Storm as "Heroes" to avoid confusion. That is confusing as well 'though because when you referred to "Heroes" before, most assumed you talk about the "Heroes of Might and Magic" franchise, esp. HoMM 3. Times are changing...

For instance, Destiny says that he doesn't specifically like SC2, only what it represents: a chance to beat your opponent one on one in a game of mechanics and strategy, structured to enable a competitive scene and to allow players to dedicate to self-improvement. I think if you read between the lines virtually all foreign pro-gamers say the same, that's why only Koreans (whose competitive scene is actually relevant) can bother with full-time practice.

I can't see high skilled SC2 players are happy playing such an "easy" game. If the price pools are rising in HotS more and more good teams will join. That increases the variance by a ton since the skill gap is not that high. HotS isn't taking over Sc2. Buts Hots is fun. Its definitely "easier" than most Arts/Mobas. But its very fun and still deep. I played alot of sc2, dota 2, and some LoL. I like HotS. It will be successful.

I don't think these are the reasons for Hasu to switch to Heroes. It's not like Hasu makes his living out of E-sports, wasn't he also studying ? What I mean is, I don't consider Hasu to be a person who switches games because of money but I consider Hasu a person who only plays what is fun for him. And because of that I think people shouldn't read to much into the reasons why he would switch to this game and not to another.
