I hope this isn't the end of Prime. Iconic team, and in the wake of IM's demise, will be a huge blow to the Korean scene, even if they aren't really performing up to snuff. Prime spawned a lot of great players and has given chances to many young up-and-coming players as well. Let's hope they can get back on their feet and find some stability. A contract is a contract. Unless there is something Prime didn't fulfill contractually, Tt can't just not pay based on their feelings because they think the team is 'undeserving'.

Yeah, they seem to get terrible reviews on their equipment, most people only buy their stuff because of Artosis or teams like Prime. I hope Prime gets what they are owed.

The best way to help is to either email or tweet at them and tell them how you feel on the situation. Also don't buy their products and have others stop buying from them as well.

Speaking of broken promises from TTesports, did the Artosis keyboard ever come out? It seemed like it was being "designed" forever

If only people didn't read something and immediately jump on the side of it without taking into consideration the other side. Most likely some content creation quota wasn't upheld so they decided to revoke the money.
Also since the amount was not specified/highlighted, it is logical to assume it is a paltry sum. All this announcement does is put out how desperate Prime is for money, they should of just continued privately.

Most likely scrapped. Probably a good business decision though (especially now)

It was being handled privately for some time. No part of the contract stated anything regarding content being created by Prime independently. Prime did everything they were asked to and the decision to not pay is because someone at TT esports did not continue to do his job. TT esports employees messed up and Prime is getting punished.

I was responding to vult's comment of "maybe they think that Prime is undeserving of endorsement money." Not jumping to sides. If Prime didn't fulfill whatever part of their agreement, then of course it's their breach. A contract goes both ways.

I know exactly what you were responding to. There is no reason to be defensive.

Well, Dont know the full story so I wont take sides, but I do belive eSports is a rather delicate bussiness and very few companies are fully aware of what they are actually sponsoring. The ads and visibility very rarely translate into increased sales as you need your team/player to be constantly visible in order to even show your products.
Note that while we can all guess that a company has enought cash to easy sponsor a team or even 5, the guy who gave the Idea in the first place has to bring results, or they will shut it themselves just to not lose their job.

no idea which one, could be either as far as im concerned, thats how things seem to go in e sports

Have read through the contract and spoken with TT esports directly. There is nothing in the contract that states a content quota. Prime has done nothing to violate the contract and TT esports just doesn't want to pay them money.
