You don't need to shit on the name of ttesport for free like that, really a shitty move from prime. You don't recieve a payment ? Fine ! First try to negotiate then if it was not successful engage legal procedure and THEN if the verdict feels unbalanced to you make it public.

Perhaps simply paying the money they promised could solve the problem beforehand? Legal action is difficult, time-consuming and potentially expensive. Prime can't make that happen easily, if at all.

It was being handled privately for quite some time... read the thread before posting ignorant posts. Chuddinator has stated that Prime tried to handle it privately before in this very thread.

KeSPA hopefully have got Prime's back. I know Chuddinator earlier in the thread was mentioning how he was on the phone and having Skype calls with TteSports. I'm just hoping this all has been/gets resolved and Prime get the money they are owed.

Save e-Sports by complaining to Tt esports and not buying their products. I'm sorry Mr KeSPA guy but you sound very unprofessional. I'll clarify why but let me first say I am not a fan of neither Prime nor Tt e-Sports. So you say you're talking to Tt e-Sports on phone and Skype to resolve this, right? Obviously, it seems you have not reached the final stage of talks, so you've not exhausted communication yet. On the other hand, you propose boycott of their products right away before anything is finalised. Do you need an example why this is stupid or do you see it now? You make e-Sports look bad if you say players don't like their sponsor's stuff. You look bad to any potential sponsor. Even if they don't like their sponsor's material, DON'T make it public. SC2 is at a stage where it needs more sponsors and you do exactly the opposite with revelations like in the last quote. Honestly, with rushed and tactless statements like that, you're the one that makes e-Sports look like a joke. Edit: How are you in the KeSPA business team with aggressive posts like that? If you were an SC2 fan, I would understand. However, you're expected to be more diplomatic and more considerate.

Such a stupid mentality. Don't shit on their name, even though they didn't pay! Why the hell wouldn't you shit on their name.

I'm sorry, you want sponsors who don't pay what they owe to continue to sabotage SC2 teams? Nobody's saying bad things about reliable sponsors (who may or may not have shitty gear). Sponsors with shitty gear who pay their teams have nothing to worry about. Sponsors with shitty gear who don't intend to pay their teams, on the other hand... won't be missed.

This is non-payment from Jan - Apr this year. The prime statement is from the end of July, shortly after we have a KeSPA representative saying they've been in talks for two weeks. A month later all we have from Thermaltake is "We didn't get the exposure we expected" which is not a reason, it's a poor excuse. If Prime had given them more exposure than they expected what are the chances that Prime would have got a bonus not stipulated in the contract? For the "pro bizznezzmenz" who still think this is ok I'll explain how it works in grown up land. A contract is a contract is a contract. And yes, people renege on contracts because legal fees act as a barrier to ensuring the fulfilment of a broken contract, especially when the sums involved are small. However that doesn't make reneging on contracts normal, healthy or justifiable. If you want companies to look at the scene and think they can unilaterally throw contracts in the toilet then sure, support Thermaltake. If you want to live up to the reputation of a young, connected, well educated, rabidly loyal audience then do the rabidly loyal, well educated, connected, young thing and go on Thermaltake's face book and let them know you will be boycotting them until such time as they pay Prime. You won't just be sending a message to Thermaltake, you'll be sending a message to all sponsers: Don't fuck with our guys. According to Gerrard Prime this is the place to go to tell them to start behaving like a company you want to buy products from : https://www.facebook.com/TteSPORTS

Prime posting a pdf of the entire agreement along with their internal audited expenditures w/ bank account information? Even with formal legal charges and a court ruling the public doesn't get to see any of that.
