Yes Ruff might be an Asshole, yes his insult was highly inappropriate, but isn´t it just as mean to purposefully unleash a shitstorm at someone that costs him the only thing that he holds dear? Am i the only one that considers this a way over the top reaction by everyone involved? including every poster in this thread. | ||

To be fair, this one does have an inkling of relevance to TB if you've followed the preceding events. So it is in some of his interest to take note of what occurs in this thread. (Still probably unhealthy and probably unwise for him to do so, nevertheless.) Furthermore, it's not too unfair a comparison, if you've bothered to follow the reasoning (not to mention you've selectively overlooked that he also pooled car mechanics in said comparison, unless you believe it's narcissistic to compare yourself to a car mechanic): an expert in the field had greater weight in his opinion than do others less experienced, though it is only one factor to an opinion, one that can be superceded by other factors such as other contextual facts or compelling arguments with supporting evidence. | ||

Root players have been sniping him in the last 2 months. Not only sniping, but they have came into his chat and bm him. They have said things that have crossed the line. Was anything done? This is why I don't respect Root players. I have seen Root players like fayth, drewbie, caliber all guilty of that. There are probably more Root players but I can't recall the names at this time. They made it obvious they were sniping him as they were in the chat while playing Ruff. In addition, if you look at caliber's match history, 60-70% of his games were against Ruff. I don't agree with IVD's punishment. I am assuming they watch Ruff's stream. If they did, they would understand the events that pushed Ruff to lash out. The punishment is way too severe. I think a 30 day suspension would be more appropriate. I hope IVD will reconsider. Root players should be punished as well for their actions. | ||

Well I read your arguments with the postings with a little bit of amusement, and I must say that there are some things I partly have to disagree with you. First of all, in the internet nothing counts for most of the people, neither expierience nor a scientific proven argument. Also I don't think that it is good for a person of public intrest to get into "post fights", because I think people will take you les for serious, but that's more my opinion than anything proven (hey we've got an opinion). | ||
