Because ur memory only lasts a few weeks and every time a new tourney a foreigner does well in, he's considered the new best foreigner. And u are only excited that "a foreigner" did so impressive today, not "a strong player". Pretty much divides everyone by race/ nationality now and isn't about skill anymore, but what country u are from. IMO, it isn't the greatest accomplishment getting out of a group stage. Maybe we can save the best foreigner crap until after the semis or somewhere near it. Check yourself and your facts. "Best foreigner" was followed by a "?" when it was brought up. And then one guy said he was "He has been the best foreigner for quite a while imo :"D" In my opinion", followed by a smiley face! Its like one step above "I think he is totally awesome and super keen!"
