Obnoxiousness is certainly not a good thing, but Naniwa's supposed obnoxiousness is vastly overstated by large parts of the community. He's certainly done some really douchey things, but while it's fair to criticize him for that, the community has at times been oversensitive and responded in a really toxic manner to even the smallest perceived transgressions from him (teased Idra on Twitter => complete sociopath, obv.). I'm not trying to say that winning tournaments automatically makes up for acting like a jerk, I just think there's more to him than someone who does stupid things every once in a while.
