On a side note, im sorry for the poor showing, my plan was to wake up early, eat breakfast, warm up games, and get in there and kick some ass. Instead, i had trouble sleeping, slept 1 or 2 hours, and could not get out of bed when my alarm went off. Instead, i woke 1.5 hours late for the tourny, rolled out of bed and played my match, which i lost horribly, i was really not prepared. Was going to be hard enough beating Teddybear with practice, but i had no chance in my state, hes a really strong player and pwnd me. Im very unhappy with myself, i worked all week to get to this point, and i let it slip passed me. Anyways, sorry to everyone involved, sorry to Teddybear who probably had to wait a long time, and sorry i screwed up. Take care all. gg gl.

Don't worry, that's not quite as embarrassing as losing to 6 vultures in under 10 minutes like I did. ![]() There's always next time!

ZvP seems a tad alarming but remember that there are not too many matches to base this on (around 2,5k i think or more). I would wait some more weeks to see if ZvP stabilizes before shouting "IMBA" too loud. Seems ok considering how BW ZvP winrates would peak at 60% even post-Bisu revolution. Have there been any changes since the 10th? (either patches or a drop in winrate)

I mean it's based on BW ZvP which at times had even more extreme winrates, my point is they're making progress. ![]() It was heavily variable but it doesn't seem to stray too far from the game it's based on.

(either patches or a drop in winrate) These win/rates can easily be explained by simply looking at the quality of zerg players and compared to the quality of protoss players (based on SC2-ranks). Obviously when sample size is small, the quality of the player pool has a high influence on win/rates, and thus these statistics are borderline useless.

We all have to do our part to get Starbow accepted as a friendly alternative to Starcraft II that has a part to play in the general ecosystem of Starcraft related things. What we shouldn't do is be divisive, it provokes posts like this: http://www.reddit.com/r/starcraft/comments/20ifw0/fed_up_with_sc2_after_iem_rifkin_casting_starbow/cg3j7n5

Being aggressive like that will just further isolate and marginalize the community and its just a sentiment I don't share.
