For someone like me that watches more streams than play watching your terran stream is awesome. Don't take this in the wrong way but you being a "slow" player makes it really easy to follow you from your POV and learn.

It's not true, it's opinion. My opinion is Sjow got to the point where he would have to learn how to play Protoss for real and decided to back out. He didn't reach his goal and saw that it was a lot harder them he thought it was going to be. I won't believe Avilo either when he comes out with his excuse either.

Your argument would have merit if not for the fact that SjoW is biased as hell, and made absolutely no attempt to hide it. I mean this entire thing came out of that bias. Part of the point of it was to try and "prove" this bias right. If he'd plateaud and just couldn't progress then he'd weaken the position of Terran whining about how OP Protoss is. Doing it this way means said Terrans get to keep complaining about it whilst SjoW changes back to Terran because Protoss isn't as easy as he thought. Truth is that only SjoW knows really why he switched back. But it is also true that there is literally no reason to trust what he says that reason is because he's here with an agenda.

Anyway, I think you have quit too fast. PvP is in my opinion the matchup that shows the versatility of the player the most, because sometimes it is very reliant on control and management, but there is also a huge amount of actual strategy in it. It is probably, with ZvZ the matchup that is easiest to lose because of just a slightly bad read on your oponent, but that is just the point of strategy - you have to be better than the other guy in thinking what exactly should you do know. If you consider this, it is natural that it's not easy to learn. In PvT and PvZ, you have some basic layout how you want to play the game and the ball is more often in your court that it isn't on what comes next, as the oponent is required to build his unit composition around yours, not the other way round. But in PvP, you have to always consider what your oponent does and what he will do - if you are one step behind, you lose and the ability to do this consistenly requires a long practice.

Everyone is this thread is biased, so your post is kind of pointless. I have more reason to trust Sjow when it comes to the matter of his own motivations and actions than I have to trust anyone else in here. Using your logic, you could justify mistrusting virtually everyone in the community in virtually any situation, since more or less everyone has an agenda in most discussions. I'm not saying everyone are always truthful about their motivations and that there can never be a reason to mistrust people, but unless you have something more tangible to go on than "he is biased so obviously he's lying", you havn't proven anything. Pointing out that someone is biased does not equal proving that they are lying. A rather simple concept that a lot of people on TL have massive problems grasping, for some reason.
