+ Show Spoiler [Garnet Count] + Episode 3 Garnet Count from preview Former Congressman-- 6 Yellow-- 5 Boxer--5 Hacker--2 Noh-- 2 Go player-- 6 Magician--6 Eun Ji Won --4 Lawyer -- 3 I can't really see Sangmin and the announcer lady's number. Here are the numbers at the end of episode 2 Hacker : 1 (he never won anything), so he all in Noh Former Congressman: 2 (he won the first game)-- has 6 in the preview, so yellow gave him one and he doubled up on Noh. His tag didn't register Yellow's Garnet Go Player: 4 (She won the first game) so she got 2 garnets from yellow, then bid 2 on Noh Eun Ji Won: 2 (he won the first game) all in on Noh No Hong Chul: 1 (didn't win anything) won elimination and got to 2 by episode 3 Sangmin 2 (won the first game) Magician 3 (got 2 from Yellow) all in on Noh Yellow 6 (won first game, second game. Should have 12. Gave 2 to magician 2 on Go Player, 2 to Announcer lady, 2 to Boxer (though it didn't register on the tag), gave 1 to congressman (didn't register). That leaves yellow with 3 and he bid 2 to get 5. Lol yellow, giving out those garnet in 2's. Announcer Lady 3: (got 2 from yellow) Boxer 1 (though he bid 2 on Noh and has 5 in the preview, so he got a couple from yellow. Lawyer 2 (won first elimination match) bid one on Noh At least, this is what I think happened. So yeah, everyone did indeed bid on Noh, though I can't confirm the announcer lady did. There was a clip showing Sangmin bid on Noh

+ Show Spoiler + making allies is more important than garnets. Garnets matters a bit but not that much, only in the games you can use them to buy items. Because in the end, even if you have 0 at the last round, all garnets collected will still go to the winner.

+ Show Spoiler + Having such a high number of garnets makes you a big target for everyone to shoot at. You're the biggest target for a deathmatch, and every1 will want a piece of that $$$ anyways and demand garnets for favors done.

Before going into this episode's stuff, I'm sure its not the token. They wouldn't reveal it during spoilers. If they do, however, XXX (person holding it) won't use it until she / he gets last place. Instead, the person will use it to threaten others and gain herself/himself immortality from being chosen as death match player. Talking about this episode: Meh. It showed why YellOw is brilliant once again, but this was also to make sure Sangmin and Hong Chul (elevator guy) doesn't face off. While he did betray HongChul at the end, it seems like they had some trust going on between the two and HongChul was okay with that. YellOw showing brilliance here... might be a poison. The other players are quickly realizing why YellOw is scary, while also noticing that BoxeR isn't too much of a threat at this point. This means that as long as BoxeR contributes well to the team and avoids death match, he won't create any new enemies. YellOw, on the other hand, already started forming rivals against some of the smartest players. If one of those players goes to death match, they wouldn't mind calling YellOw out if all the other potential death match players are their allies. Speaking of which, teams. This seems to be the concept. Sangmin said in the first episode that people in Season 2 don't have any friendship. They're all cold. It was very well shown here in this episode. With Jaekyung making a mistake, Eunkyul used that fact and suggested "why don't we all just make garnets?". Even the lawyer lied to Jaekyung in order to earn the garnets, and Hongchul won CONVINCINGLY. The death match, in this episode, wasn't a game between the two players. It was game that was decided by all the other players, and Hongchul was selected to become the winner. This episode really showed how season 2 is different from season 1. I'm not going to talk too much about Jaekyung, except she played little too greedy which cost her and her allies the game. This eventually knocked her out, as people were more willing to let Hongchul survive. 1. Don't make mistakes, or they will try everything to make sure you drop out of the game 2. Make good connections. YellOw did a good job by not only securing himself a win but also earning allies by sharing his garnets with the winners. While I'm fairly sure others switched only because they secured themselves some garnets, YellOw did make new allies today. 3. Make REALLY good connections. Today's deathmatch was all about connections, and Eunkyul ruining the fun at the end by saying 'we should all earn garnets'. This shows that in season 2, even your best friend will betray you if the group thinks going for 1 person is going to earn them more garnets. Hongchul was lucky, as he didn't make any enemies. Jaekyung, however... threw away her safety and her place in game when she got greedy.

+ Show Spoiler + Having too many garnets increases the likelihood of being a DM target, unless the elimination candidate has beef with someone else.
