Also, Scarlet v Bomber RedBull Battlegrounds NYC Game 3 is probably the most excellent, nailbiting low econ ZvT in a long time; I think they went from minutes 25 to 40 both under a hundred supply.
I agree, it's still a good game, no matter if behind a pay wall.
And here's VoD link for Scarlett vs Bomber game 3:
I'm 2nding this. That was a crazy game. I was sure bomber was going to take it easily at every step of the game but scarlett some how managed to push back every time. The end was a big surprise (or maybe two).
edit- the only thing that bugged me about the game is how when bomber moved out onto the 3rd (below the cliff) and scarlett began running slow banes towards the drop, she pulled back away from the 2 leftover marines up there when if she put them up to the edge and they exploded, they would actually splash the pile below.

Enjoy
Sometimes it bothers me when people call themselves pros. He made a total of like 3 vipers and never built anymore. Abduct, blinding cloud, running locusts into tanks for splash, not taking closest bases to terran first, not trying to drop lings or whatever enough. So much fail.
HyuN has won almost 100k playing Starcraft II, of course he's a pro. He won 14 Bo9 in IPL fight club against the best players in the world. Also he took second place in one of the closest GSL finals ever.
Making what you think is the wrong decisions in one single game, that disqualifies him from being a pro?

Cause we all know one minor game out of a sea of hundreds HyuN has played is the definition of a player. It may not have been perfectly played, but one game is not indicative of whether a player is pro or not, considering every player has played flawed games or been stomped one time or another.
This thread probably isn't the place for debate but I'll just say this. Hyun is a korean pro gamer on a team who makes money playing the game. Goody is just some random foreigner who doesn't make the cut to a B-teamer. Hyun should be losing to him almost never. The fact that he has over and hour long and most of the resources on the map to figure out how to crack this and does not, displaces the credibility of Hyun's skill.
So either you have to admit ravens are just OP (which I actually agree they are in mass) or that Hyun isn't really a good pro player, he's just a mechanical macro pro player. This distinction is actually what I considered very important towards the end of BW between pros. Some of these guys just knew how to handle every situation and instance because they theory craft and play around with the engine and put in that extra brain and skill. Most of them were just reciting build orders and being fast.
Thanks a lot for making this thread. I haven't been playing Starcraft one in almost 490 days and recently got back into it, and having a thread like this is a blessing!

I think this is a good example of underestimating your opponent and getting lazy once map control is retained (yes, pros do it too). Hyun, after gaining the lead, had very poor decision making from my perspective. Instead of pausing for a minute and thinking "what breaks GoOdy's tank line?" he said "gee, ill just make 45 infestors". He also made no effort to deny GoOdys 5th or take top right at the end of the game. His line could have been overcome with mass air, in my opinion. With army suppy tied up in tanks, Hyun could have won with mass air. Ravens are powerful, but ive been overcome by mass corruptor spread (even with 10+ ravens) with BL to clean up.

This game is an absolute must watch. The whole game piles up on intensity and reach such a critical point BUT THEN HOLY WATCH IT.
That kind of games actually makes me wanna play SC2 again
