Well, all those actions also require slinging the camera around quite a bit, so even if you're watching equal APM Terran and Zerg, the Zerg will look faster/more active.

but overall i believe that zerg requires the most apm for all of those reasons
at least for myself when i play zerg my apm is much higher then for the other 2 races

If you are using the in game apm calc, it is inflated for Z.

Flash is also in Masters. :O The spread of top-tier players goes from Masters all the way up to GM, depending on how often they ladder.
