No, we're currently not looking for managers. He was very fine with this move and in fact encouraged the brothers to do it.

Presumably K3 will be shutting down after this then, coupled with the other departures and their withdrawal from team leagues. Shame, pretty much the only place for homegrown talent in Spain to go without moving out of the country.

This is *big* news, but you gotta feel for LoLvsXD and Vipro...K3 will probably succumb into oblivion without the Moreno Durán brothers.

EDIT: Yep, reading the few posts before me now. Vipro is BM as hell but very solid, hope he gets picked up...and I love the Spanish scene. LolvsXD will probably go to Aprender.

The new Mouz are all arguably weaker than these ~10 historical/present teams. I think you can agree that they are definately weaker than atleast 7 of these and I didn't even touch on present korean teams. You can see that the statement of "...one of the strongest in history.." clearly becomes absolutely obsolete.

All in all, I'm just tired of all these pseudo-epic announcements =) That's the point I want to make. I even said (albeit in a fancy way) that I don't expect there to be a completely honest announcement ever. While nothing in them can be deemed outright incorrect because of the amount of ways in which things can be interpreted, nothing makes me want to follow a team with announcements like this. They're the eptiome of epitome-abuse.

...finally, someone pointed out that Mana does have accomplishments. That's right, I overlooked him. He even won Dreamhack, which is almost as huge as it gets in the foreign scene. You misinterpret the title, it says "LucifroN & VortiX join mousesports to form strongest StarCraft II division in franchise history" and it's been pointed out that the franchise in that quote is about OUR franchise (Mousesports Ltd.), not Sc2 as a whole. We're meaning that our Sc2 squad has never looked this strong before in the history of Mousesports.

I'm curious if the idea of mouz just absorbing K3 was ever brought up. I'm sure LoLvsXD and Vipro both wouldn't be too terribly expensive (seeing as they're pretty unknown) and it would add a little depth to their roster. Seems like when you're already getting half a team why not?

Sad to see K3 go cause they were always kind of a fun underdog team to root for, but I'm really excited for Mouz to become a top tier team again. I miss the days of them being a huge threat, so it will be fun to have them back.

really bad timing with Acer Teamstory Cup being so close to the playoffs. I wonder why they did not switch after it finishes or finish it regardless ( I mean Mousesports will not be qualified for the playoffs anyways so what would it hurt).

VortiX and LucifroN have been refusing the offer of many team (Team Liquid and EG are probably two of them). By staying with Karont3, they maintained an image of Spanish Armada refusing to play for money. They were the two captains of a small team and they were considered as they two best foreigners.
But now, this pick just ruined everything.

The Spanish Armada and Karont3 e-sport will never be the same again...


I think they wanted a good functioning team. Not the money. And with HasuObs and MaNa they probably got the best teammates out there in the SC world.

Wow, huge moves. Mouz was quiet last year after Thorzain and Morrow left. A lot of people were wondering what was going on with them. Then they add Illusion, Lucifron and Vortix this year. Beastly line up from Mouz now.

mousesports is Germany's top clan but didn't have a top team since their CS 1.6 flagship has gone. I think their other teams (Dota2, LoL?) aren't doing so well. They can't just do nothing, so I guess they started investing.

I can`t speak for the LoL Team, but mouz` Dota2 squad is fearsome. They can (and already have) beat every top tier team out there.
