Quite frankly, that's the view of a tremendously large number of companies and institutions in the US. I don't like it either, but there's no pizza chain that won't make most of its employees work part time to avoid healthcare coverage. Heck, you can't go to college in the United States if you want to punish an institution for not providing healthcare - most colleges are dependent on part-time lecturers that are paid crap and get no benefits.
Papa John's is considering supporting e-sports. That's good enough for me. It's not like any other pizza company is going to be better, except perhaps a local independent.
And while I hadn't ordered a delivered pizza in years - my Papa Johns pepperoni-mushroom-olive pizza was excellent.
Edit: As for the 14c for healthcare thing - heck, sure the CEO is an idiot. But he's a useful idiot. That statement totally backfired and pointed out to everyone how CHEAP it is for these companies to provide healthcare for their employees if they wanted to.

Just to add to this: Any major company's goal is always to maximize profits. If you can get ~$10 million more in profit by having only part time employees, then a lot of times they will do it. No one likes it, and no one that buys PJs is supporting that thought process, it's just how companies operate. If you really think avoiding PJs is going to do something, then do something more useful instead such as putting pressure on the government to actually give universal healthcare (if you think every company has a responsibility to provide healthcare for people, then you should also think every citizen has that same responsibility). Almost every other first world country has universal heathcare.

I am in the belief that all evil men are capable of doing some good and must be praised for their rare acts of esports kindness in the hope they they will, at some point, begin to see what joy being giving brings to them.
I don't believe in chastizing someone for all eternity for something he said a year or more ago.
He's still a dick--but it is possible for douchebags to do nice things.

Tonight I'm going to go buy some ingredients to make my own pizzas. Have done it about a dozen times, always delicious, but I'm going to try making my own dough this time

The yeast is a bitch--finicky mistress. Its also the difference between having a flatbread with sauce and a pizza.
Good luck good man!

Sounds too risky for me. Dough is by far the hard part. I buy the dough and make the rest. GL

Source? All I find from about 6 months ago is that he expects they are going to cut hours, albeit profits being up 25%....
