Those are some some creative reading skills you have there. Maybe I should have been so clear that no one could be confused. They will do it later. And when I say later, I mean, that no babies that are being conceived today will be born before then.

EG and TL have a long outstanding history of lying to all of their fans so they can rip their money from them! /sarkasm Some people, seriously. Take a pill.

But, they need to make more realistic rewards, clearly what was promised was foreseeably undeliverable within a reasonable time frame (that time has now passed). People might be much more hesitate if a similar campaign/sponsorship arises in the future. Next time guys, take it down a few notches and give rewards you can actually provide otherwise no one is going to take it seriously.

What you consider a "reasonable time frame" for some of the things these professional gaming teams have promised is not in my opinion reasonable at all. Just take a moment and think about all the things both of these teams and their players are doing. TL or EG never made any promises they couldn't keep about the time frame for these rewards. You sir, need to learn to have some patience, not everything in this world happens at your convenience

If, lets say, they'll be able to do it 2 weeks from now, the offer should have been now instead of several months ago, so people wouldn't forget about it by the time they're actually free to do it.

I see your point, and agree to some extent. However, this seemed more like a "once in a lifetime" opportunity for the teams and e-sports to try and make a new kind of partner, which could be the start of something really big if it in the future is going to lead to more big food chains sponsoring e-sports in one way or another. So I guess the whole deal was put together in somewhat of a hurry(?), and the time frame for giving the community rewards wasn't the first priority. The teams just really wanted to impress Papa John's, and that they achieved I believe. For that reason I'm happy to wait even a long while for these rewards EDIT: Not like I contributed by buying pizza anyhow (or anyone else outside the US for that matter), lol

What I think happened is they got hyped at the idea and then made up a bunch of stuff on the spot, but didn't think about how they would actually do it.

Of course not, they'd get a ton of heat for that. They might just keep stringing us along with lame excuses until everyone forgets. That is how most companies work. It will be too bad if it turns out EG and TL work that way too.

I demand a refund Why do you keep saying things that are flat out wrong? Just because you found a sale that cost less later on does not mean that the half off pizza wasn't half off. And people are really getting bent out of shape about youtube videos that will come at a later date? I mean, I could see if it was something that cost money or was going to expire, but its just youtube videoes and reddit AMAs.
