I wouldn't be surprised if he take the incontrol route and goes into more of a casting role, but we'll probably get our answers soon so not much point in speculating.

Idra can elevate his state of mind and the class of his BM by elevating his game. When he's truly confident, Idra can be no less sophisticated than Stephano at being "evil".

GL in the future, IdrA I hope this was sarcasm lol We have tennis pros that insult their opponents. Football (soccer) stars that physically assault other players or doing the nazi salute. .....aaaand are fined and not allowed to play in the national team as a consequence. Yes. They collect penalties like other guys postcards. But most of these guys still continue doing their job while not changing their attitude. None of them have done half that what Idra did tho. I'd like to see what would happen to football player who'd say that his fans are fuckers and he's getting paid to say so. Or saying in public that he'd wish his opponent to get cancer. Or, when having to practice with a teammate, leave and say he's a motherfucker. I doubt they'd be no repercussion. Anyway it's not just one incident, it's the accumulation of quitting games and insulting people. He needed to either be good at the game or to behave semi correctly, but he couldn't do either, so when the moment of decision came there was nothing to salvage him. I think it's the opposite, he was tolerated for so long because it's the ESPORTS scene and we (the public) are usually more cool with such things (well, except the call the sponsors police)

I would guess Idra is no longer marketable in China for EG. I know it's a small market compare to other parts of the world, but it's also the market everyone including Blizzard is trying to break into. I have not seen the reaction in Korea but my guess would be it's more or less the same. Idra is now a bad investment in a business point of view. There is a way out for him though. His anger issue is so dominant that it's slowly taking over his ability to judge a situation properly. He should channel this powerful feeling into something that will help himself, he need to change his perspective from "you are all fuckers" to "you fucking haters watch, I will rise again and proof you are all wrong about me".

He's in the same boat as a drug dealer -- or for that matter a telemarketer or lying car salesman. Selling people a product that isn't good for them and which he can't defend as a positive contribution. The only difference is that in Idra's case, it's more of a time investment than about parting with money. But the same argument applies.

Considering he doesn't have an education or another job, and he's raking in tons of money through esports by delivering these drugs that people crave. Such a stupid guy.. seriously. I've seen it all now. Comparing Idra to a drug dealer..

He should've been fired long ago because of his (lack of)skill and mannerism. 4. Idra hasn't produce any results for a long time and he still dares to be so cocky. As a result, he has lost his job. 5. How can such an immature person being called a Pro? Player with his "skill level" is a dime a dozen. It's funny but mostly right on ! But the thing i don't like the most in his whole thing is not Idra or his attitude , it s the fact that some opinion makers and SC personalities promote skill at the game less then that they call entertaining personalities ( trough very few are truly entertaining ) . I think skill should be supreme , after that having a attitude or whatnot should be a bonus.

The only difference is that in Idra's case, it's more of a time investment than about parting with money. But the same argument applies. This post actually make some sense in that I don't really know if IdrA is contributing anything valuable to the community at the moment, just drama, a negative and oftentimes unmerited view on the balance of the game, and cursing out potentially up- and coming players. I do like his casting and his insightful opinions on many topics surrounding esports on for example ItG though. So I guess that's something. He is the badboy of SC2, but I think he has taken that role to another low that just makes it a negative. He doesn't seem to use his fame, relevance and spotlight for anything positive at all. I mean he has no respect for the spirit of competing, he has no respect for most players, he hates the game. I mean, allthough I don't want IdrA to leave Esports, it probably would be the best thing both for him and for the community.
