Also the complaints of koreans playing in NA/EU is a bit silly.

If you don't like it fucking get off your butt and practice. The guys who come over and dominate will do it because they practice very hard not because they are from Korea

Guys, correct me if im wrong, regular season gives players points so they can get in region finals, and then they fight for a spot in the world finals in the regional finals?

Thanks for the summarization, seems accurate to a dot. So the fears of Koreans dominating the scene is still founded because they can attend other tournaments and accumulate points towards the WCS finals. At least the independent tournaments are still connected to WCS so it won't leave them out.

I forgot to count the one that already happened, so probably three seasons with OSL acting as the fourth you mentioned.

Q: How will the the Korean broadcasts work for OGN/GomTV?

A: The two broadcasters will take turns holding the WCS korea tourneys. OGN will receive feed from GomTV, but use theri own casters.

After thinking about it for a little bit, I prefer Code B, Code A and Code S to challenger, premier and whatever. We already think about players in those terms anyway, it differentiates SC2 from LCS, and all it does is remind me of that weird convoluted end of IPTL.

To be fair there was a lot of other reasons why the TSL4 flopped. I don't like online play either as much. Look at the fantastic crowd in France for one.

Anyway, nothing really changes. The Koreans will still dominate and I don't see how Europeans let alone Americans will improve that much compared to team games like LoL and DotA where it takes actual teamwork and communication to execute.

Dignitas and CLG EU (now EG) learned a ton on their trips to Asia.
