If this coach can do anything at all then only after months of work. The team won't suddenly change from worst to best proleague team just because they got a new coach. This feels a lot like European football to me: the team doesn't win -> hire a new coach Sometimes that helps but it doesn't immediately change everything and people shouldn't expect that. | ||
