When they first announced the Viper many players went to the Imba corner, but blizz made a good gameplay call; breaking up the deathball is enjoyable for everyone watching a sc2 game.

Thing is, abducts are single target and very expensive so picking where to use it and on what is actually a very complex decision.

The abduct on the HT was badass, but the FEEDBACK by the HT as it was abducted was amazing.

Doesn't abduction just ruin one of the most important thing about the game- positioning? I'm sure there has already been an extensive argument about this, I just haven't kept up.

I've seen HyuN utilize Vipers and Spore Crawlers in interesting fashion on this map. He does a Spore Crawler push and plants them near the typical rally point between the 5 o'clock and the six, then constantly uses Consume (or whatever it is called in HotS), to have nearly infinite energy for Abducts and Blinding Cloud.

I would say it puts more emphasis on positioning, keeping your valuable units covered so they don't get abducted.
