Do we know for sure that he will get to keep his Code A spot? No grumpiness from GOM? They could just decide that there is someone else more worthy...

He should focus on tournaments he feels he can succeed well in. He is a great talent but GSL is on a whole different level and if you don't prepare for each and every match you won't stand a chance which has been proven over and over again.

The main disappointment was his SPL performance, but I think something is off when the whole EGTL is doing crap there.

IdrA did better, Jinro did better, Naniwa did better and MaNa did better if you take into consideration the fact that he actually qualified for Code S through Up&Downs.

It's not like he has any real chance of winning IEM anyway . Did you look at the list of Koreans here?

He should listen to his heart and where he feels comfortable. It´s his life, after all, he has to learn and respect his inner voice and not follow what other people want from him.

I wasn't really talking about results, I was more on his performance in terms of game play. IdrA and Jinro accomplishment were ages ago, so I wasn't comparing him to them. The game is too different back then. MaNa, well, let's just say his Code S performance really turned me down. Naniwa has done better than stephano, this one i agree. Stephano did play really well for EGTL in SPL (not just result, but also his play was at least as solid as most other top zerg), he brought roach hydra against a terran. Came back from a game that basically should have lost due to DTs. Pretty good ZvZ performance for a few times. that's why I think he did reasonably well. It's just I was expecting him to perform a bit better overall.

They have vastly better GSL pedigree than Stephano. His foreign successes eclipse theirs, though.
