I expected both Light and Hon_sin to win. On paper they were favored against their opponents. Was expecting 4-1 WJS victory. Very surprised Zero lost to Savage though, but wasn't expecting the series to goto game 6 when I planned my FPL team. That on top of Bong losing a match with a silly build even though he was also favored in the match up IMO. And then effort losing the ace match in an essentially 50/50 coin flip. Oh and of course JYP losing to hyvaa in his best match up on a relatively favored map, too. Everything just did not go my way exception Effort and Innovation winning their normal matches, but they were heavy heavy favorates in those games. Hell, I was expecting STX vs EGTL to go into ace with innovation winning, very likely scenario if JYP won his game. Just everything went the opposite of what I expected. Oh well, such is pro league. You win some and you lose some. edit: and it's not just my team: Flash, Fantasy, Rain, Wooki, Action were all big favorates going into their game. Revival threw a won game vs trap. Most of the upsets would've forced an ace game, which is worth tons of points, it's like an avalanche effect where a single loss ends up flipping 5-10 FPL points for the series. Especially with the new team scoring where there is now a bigger gap between winning and losing the ace game for a team. | ||

I thought zero was a sure bet  I miss lurking on the "post your team" thread and listening to people smarter than me talk about their team for a week before making my own | ||

Especially with the new team scoring where there is now a bigger gap between winning and losing the ace game for a team. yes i understand what this is, on my paper my team should've been all wins... at least innovation and soo made their normal games. revival lost that game to trap.... jyp shouldve won that game, and wooki(pvp beast) was certainly favorite against the shaky Best.... on top of that. hyva won his game, so my anti- is alrdy -5. only Soulkey was a bet against Speed whose tvz is good, but so is Soulkey. plus i tHought WJN was going to 4-1 t8 the main reason why i didnt pick ryul2 who was said by major the best player on t8 | ||

 RorO > EffOrt and hyvaa >  JYP Which on paper should not have happened.Wooki not winning against Best was also... unthinkable.My  Cure, Classic and Innovation performing well so far.My team was largely built on the first week's match ups, but I think it will fare well all round. | ||

They are still worth a lot of points though so if they start playing again soon you won't have many options as far as trading them away. Taeja should be a safe bet to be out a little while longer but I have no idea about Stephano. Who knows if he will play or not... | ||
