EPTIt's only for the first event so its not like open brackets are entirely eliminated. Probably something to do with spreading out the seeding for their championship groups. That way for the second MLG, we would have the groups along with the open bracket again.

In all seriousness, I really hope they have some kind of format that allows new players in. HotS will be like a brand new game and new faces would be welcomed with open arms I assume. | ||
