As far as I can tell trade tax goes on top of the value shown (in this case -1), and isn't included. You're talking about the Trade Gain, aren't you? The results for today's matches aren't updated yet. So the -1 for points gained from trade is only the trade tax so far. Aha so trade gain includes trade tax?

Also, the Trade Gain under Trades Made on the My Team tab is purely informational. For the actual score in detail, see the Scoring Breakdown on the Detailed Team tab.

Words cannot describe the amount of fail I've had this week. First I trade KT out for CJ, expecting KT to lose both games. Instead KT wins and CJ loses to the weakest team in the league. Soo loses to some newbie in the process. Today Zero is the only one to lose in Woongjin.
I don't even...

Well for now Effort to Bogus (anti-team) payed off. Go that way Bogus man!

He is playing in GSL code s next season so yeah i would count on that

all should go read about the all kill format and the importance of player roles such as starter, sniper, ace. its where its most important to choose wisely.

AHHHHH my anti team has -35 points and my main team isn't even bad except for team 8, which i should have never chosen!

Hurray what a weekend, points for KT winning, points for fantasy winning against flash (+ flash is in my anti :D ), hydra won and jangbi won normal game + ace. No trade really has its up and downs

Finally having the JangBi helps.

Jangbi ;_; Have him for almost the entire round, he fails miserably. Trade him away for the last two matches, he suddenly wins his normal + ace match T_T

I should have read the rules and chose my players more carefully, I wasn't really interested at first so I did not put many thoughts when creating my team (I didn't know it wasn't all-kill lol, and focused too much on players from one team) because the GSTL fantasy wasn't that interesting (not long enough). However it's kind of funny and it makes the results a bit more interesting.
Will the points be reset for round 2, or will a reset of some sort happen? If the points aren't resetted, since it's 8 months long, there is a chance to finish at a decent place despite a very bad start I guess.

Apparently there will be a reset, I have no idea why though.

More people can play, more interesting too since you have a new shot to do well every round instead of drafting poorly and being screwed for the entire season. Also they've said it would be reset multiple times.

So far this week, my new players fared slightly worse than the players I traded away, but I'm hopeful after the next four games the results will be positive with a trade gain.
After today's results are added, I should be at 91 points, without this week's trades, I would have been at 97, talk about overdoing the analysis. D:

OK Guys. MODs have said :
fantasy will reset each round (your score wont be carried over, fresh start every round). players and team value will be carried over (eg. KT will be worth more than the previous 3 points)
why is that? Alot of people have missed the first round entries. the signup lasted like 1 day. reset will let more people play. Mods need to adjust players value since its the first sc2 SPL with fantasy (was not clearly accurate since has to be based on past SPLs).
What it does for you? 1st round can be seen as a warmup. you now know better about BW pros level in sc2. team picks will be less random(alot of people just didnt know the players at all or the fantasy system)

and we go from proleague format to all-kill format so preparation is really different and might favor certain players over others (Stephano would benefit from all-kill as example) so you'd prolly pick many other players than you picked now
