My thoughts are:
It can't be Liquid. TLO would have never left korea if so.
Either EG because of the player base
or Acer because they got Cella and they probably want to compete with LG/Samsung promotionwise...

Which international team could possibly commit to 1 year? Especially when Kespa league isn't part of the gom-dh-MLG partnership?
This is will be very interesting. During BW days foreign tourney scene was abysmal and not really worth Kespa players' time. But now there's so much money and exposure outside of Korea I wonder how they'll work around the schedule.
Maybe that's why this season is a year long? Because they will be taking certain weeks off (doesn't MLG And Kespa have some kind of agreement?)

Your confusing GOM with IEM. IEM-DH-MLG signed a partnership, GOM had no part of it.
