All the backlash and horrible situations that did occur from the players was an effect of what Jessica was doing. This shouldn't be to hard to understand. I'm not saying what they did was right/wrong(who hasn't gotten pissed off and said things when something upsets you that much); I'm just saying as someone who they are supposed to trust with their CAREERS does all this manipulating and backstabbing... I can't blame them for lashing out. Simply put, Jessica is a manipulative bitch. The people that are defending her need to ask themselves, with everything everyone is saying about Jessica, is it possible they could be right? Do you honestly believe she did not do some of the things these players have said? | ||

After, my performance fell and I just focused on the game more since there was nothing I could do about it. Crank suggested that I go talk to boxer as he would know more from a player’s viewpoint. So I talked to boxer. Boxer knew this was dangerous waters so he checked around for a few days and told me that there was nothing of that nature (potential personal sponsor) going on. Jessica did not release any details about our sponsors so I had no choice but to trust manager J regarding this matter because he was a former employee of corporation R. at the same time, I lost faith in Jessica because of how she treated the players and the arguments she picked with other players (on other teams). I don't know if that means MMA kept believing J after talking to Boxer. The second paragraph could just be putting J into perspective after the fact. In any case, it's quite likely they were offended MMA didn't go straight to them and instead let it fester for weeks, only telling Crank. Regardless, J didn't just fool MMA, he fooled the SlayerS management too. MMA being labeled gullible is kind of silly. J would be a lot less convincing without Jessica's own erratic behavior. They basically scapegoated MMA after the J incident, but were unwilling to admit the real reason players began to distrust Jessica was because of her behavior, and then the contract annulment thing. I don't know if Jessica is specifically like the following, but some managers, including my current one, have a tendency to make up rules on the spot, based very much on their own point of view, and thrusting blame on others comes very easily. It's always, "<so and so> should have done <this>," because some work was not done or done wrong. Similarly, I could see how Jessica's offer of the contract annulment could be a different story days later. I can imagine deciding I wanted out of a contract, and then I'm told, "that was limited time offer! one day only" seriously, wtf? I could also see how Jessica could see their silence on that day as acceptance, but she still essentially went back on her word, even if she didn't realize it at the time. | ||

MMA: …But this does not mean that the players are right and Jessica is wrong. I just wish that people would look at this objectively and not just from one point of view. People in one thread blame MMA; people in another thread blame Jessica. In reality, unless we were there at the time, we can't know the whole truth about the issues in the team house, nor whom to blame. | ||
