I think Jessica made the biggest mistake by starting the drama. If they had to disband (which I don't see why they had to) why make a big shitstorm?
Boxer is pretty much the only reason this matters. There have been plenty of players in the past that have wiggled out of their teams to move on to apparently greener pastures. Take aLive and Oz for example - both TSL and FXO people were angered by how they acted, but it blew over within a week.

True, and that holds true when the athlete pays a monthly salary to the coach. Apperantly MMA should've been paying a percentage of his winnings to Coach Ryu.

Can't be trusted? She may overreact but so far she has never lied and backed up her stuff with actual evidence compared to her "opponents".

He apparently admits to some faults of the management though, Jessica on the contrary has just blamed everyone else. If what MMA says about Jessica and Boxer arguing all the time is true, then he would be the most middle-ground person there is.

Least biased? Lol, I dont know any man that would go against the word of his fiance, unless he wants to sleep on the sofa. (Not that i know what their living arrangements are like).
While it would be nice to have his side of the story, and while it is Boxer and everything. I can't help but feel that its basically just going to the same as Jessica's version of events. Im not saying that it wouldnt be true or untrue or anything. It hurts me to say this, but you'd have to consider it at least slightly unreliable.

So did they press this? There's a normal standard of appeal. Did Crank appeal that it was work related? And he got his leave, even after getting his leave he continued to lie and look for alternate employment. Plain and simple illegal. If an employee gets medical leave on issues that he can't work, yet the employer finds out he's trying to find alternate sources of income doing exactly what he would do at work for other employers, that's flat out illegal.

We only have his admissions from second-hand as told by Crank and MMA. I guess there is also the phone call, but I can't understand Korean, so I can't say for sure whether or not he admitted anything directly.
