A manager referred as "J" whom Jessica hired to handle sponsorship turned out to be a fraud, and Jessica later found out that J was telling lies to her about sponsor deals while not even communicating with possible sponsors. Like, telling Jessica that everything was going great while not even making any contacts with any sponsors... Then this manager "J" told the players that Jessica was embezzling sponsor money, and convinced the players that they should leave Slayers and make a team with him in charge. To Jessica's dismay, Slayers players actually believed him (who has only been aboard Slayers for 2 months) and began to distrust Jessica. When Jessica found out what was going on, it was because she noticed weird vibes from the players, and she was shocked to find out that her players actually believed their new manager J. ....That's just one of the incidents listed. I'm too lazy to translate all, but I don't blame Jessica and BoxeR for disbanding Slayers if most of what's written is even remotely true.... Of course, this was written by Jessica so players might have a different take on this. But considering how much she sacrificed for the team, and considering that BoxeR and she used personal connections/money to set up the team, I doubt she was double crossing the players.... This.

Unless the player does not notify us by 6th October, the contract autumatically (sic) extends. Interesting difference there. Is this standard for Korea or Korean progaming teams?

Imagine a LoL team of SlayerS players. Their multi-tasking and unit control is far superior to anyone who's only played LoL, and they've already been on a pro team for years... once they fully understand the interactions of the different champions, they'll just roll everyone.

And to those saying that Jessica and Boxer cared about their players, I don't think anyone is going to stay they didn't. However, caring and passion does not make you a good manager or coach. You can love something with all your heart and be terrible at it.
