Kespa makes many outrageous decisions but at the same time no one dares to fuck with them. It's ok to have an in-game "personality" but in real-life issues you must be 100% professional - no player poaching, game trading etc. In a new scene you will always need a very firm hand. That's what sc2 lacks, there's too much nonsense going around underneath the surface.
