Intelligent people have the ability to not take things literally and they find the vulgarity of the jokes to be hilarious. It's nothing to do with being sick in the head, in fact I am quite well balanced when it comes to morals/feelings. I get disheartened when people die/when rape actually occurs/when someone dies from cancer close to me, but metaphorically speaking I couldn't give a shit.
