TL Attack 2012 Episode 2 will happen on Wednesday, Oct 17 7:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00). VODs will be made available quickly following the broadcast.
Our guest this week will be compLexity's Kevin "qxc" Riley, the recent Harvey Mudd graduate that you've probably heard of. He plays Terran and does weird stuff, and one time he all-killed Incredible Miracle in GSTL. In his spare time qxc does parkour and wears bandannas.
This is a one-line italicized caption of a picture of qxc.
In case you missed last week's episode with Liquid`Sheth, here are the VODs:
Hosts
As usual our hosts will be EG.iNcontroL and ROOT.CatZ. Last week they made it pretty difficult on Sheth, maybe they will be easier on qxc. That or harder on him, since qxc plays the most imbalanced race, Terran.
ROOT.CatZ EG.iNcontroL
Do you want to play?
OK so do you want to play against the special guest on the show, in front of potentially millions of tenths of hundreds of thousands of viewers? Here's your chance: create a cheerful in true TL Attack spirit using this template:
You can put anything you want on it, about any subject (the players, host, show, TL, ESPORTS in general, etc) and we'll even show it on stream before you play your match. Just post your cheerful in this thread with your battle.net ID (character + code) and we'll invite the winners during the show, so make sure to watch.
Like last week, the show will be half HotS, half WoL. We'll also be selecting potential opponents for qxc in the normal, random trivia way.
See you guys next Wednesday!
TeamLiquid Attack! is a fun, casual event where a popular professional StarCraft 2 player plays custom 1v1s against community members. Typically, the player attempts creative or non-serious strategies while sharing friendly banter with the hosts. The show is a great way to get to know the personality of the popular player that might not normally be seen in serious ladder games or in tournaments.
Previous episodes of TL Attack can be found on TeamLiquid's YouTube Channel, featuring guests like Sheth, TLO, ThorZaIN, Naniwa, DongRaeGu, and CatZ.

This is a great idea, this thread is actually the first I'd heard of TL Attack and I'm definitely gonna make sure to watch the Sheth Episode. Very interested to see QXC tho as he's one of my fave foreigners
Awesome! I'm glad to see that Catz and Incontrol look like they will always be hosting, as opposed to the sort of rotating chair you guys have had in the past.
For some reason I still remember the last TL Attack with Qxc. His favourite food is (was?) peanut butter and cheese sandwiches, and he didn't like watching movies!
I begrudgingly must inform you that Catz is not a good host for this show. Although the Sheth episode wasn't on par with the old TL attacks in general, I think that Catz just has some sort of cultural barrier or something where he doesn't really pick up on the idea of the show to begin with. He is therefore unable to keep up, usually to the detriment of the show's tempo and entertainment value. I know he needs airtime to publicly sport those gaming glasses, but he isn't a good host.
There are dozens of better hosts for this kind of show, and it'd be awesome if one of them made time to host these. Hopefully this hosting duo doesn't stick around for long.

Condolences.
I must agree, both hosts made fun of the players, it was like they didn't know esports is serious bizness!
Jk, both were amazing and I can't wait for this to air. Qxc is perfect for this, he always has crazy plans!
I only had a chance to watch the first 30mins live last night but going to watch the vods. Based on the 30mins I saw it was really good. The whole cast worked well together and the it was nice to see the guest be able to win some games.
QXC was a really good guest and a surprisingly smart and funny. Keep it up guys!
Fucking loved this episode, didn't care too much for the sheth episode but this one was just brilliant. If you guys keep up this rate of improvement the next episode should be the best ever :D
Stayed up until 2 watching it even though I had no intentions of going past the first 20 minutes. QXC's man moded every challenge. Great job by the hosts as well, super awesome synergy. It's more like watching CatZ and iNcontroL chill and hang out rather than host a show, which is awesome!
Also, QXC... I think you just completely changed the metagame of Megaton extreme in the TvX matchups. That shit was imba.
Got a chance to watch TL Attack on youtube. One of the more successful TL attacks I've seen, great job by iNcontrol and Catz, and QXC (ok, and Hot Bid too).
Question for anyone - I tried to find Kulas Extreme and Megaton Extreme, but even with various searches of 'Kulas Extreme, Extreme, Kulas, Megaton Extreme' ect, I was unable to find the maps anywhere on the NA servers. I used to have Kulas Extreme bookmarked but it disappeared. Can anyone suggest to me how to find these maps? Thanksss!
