Can I ask where Neytpoh is on your list? he averages 1-2,000 viewers and is nowhere to be seen on the list
Hmm, I have put him as a caster in my list some months ago, which means he's excluded from the rankings. I cannot differentiate between a caster and a player from the data I have, so I have to manually exclude casters. Some players also cast events on their streams, which usually gives them way more viewers than they'd usually get.
In this case, however, I couldn't find any specific events that Neytpoh casted, and my memory fails me as well. So if anyone has any information on this, please let me know.
Especially if he's really just streaming his own games.
His average viewers for last month were 630, so if he's just a player he'd definitely make it into the ranking.
He's a professional player for team Virtus.Pro (the same team Slivko is on)
He is not a caster
I know that. But some players do cast games on their streams in their spare time, so to speak. Pomi did so recently, for instance.
The problem is that, while I do record the events the streams are running under, it's not easily possible to determine whether a stream is being used to cast or to play. Player X streaming the event "Playhem Daily" is most likely playing the game. Player Y streaming the event "WCS Europe finals" is most likely casting. But you cannot say for certain without actually watching the stream. I'm planning on changing my approach for this, though, and I'll either create a white-list of regular events or a black-list of events where players were casting games, instead of blacklisting the players entirely when I find out they were casting some games.

Apollo is on there though.
Hmm, did he cast games on his stream lately? He started the stream to ladder, and I figured that's what he's still using his stream for. If that's not the case, please let me know.

Any thought to including entities with stream numbers like NASL or other weekly/daily programs?
It would just be interesting to see how they do compared to individuals.
Just a thought.
That's definitely possible, and I might get around to this next time. It's the lack of time for the most part that keeps me from doing interesting statistics like that. It's often more complicated than it sounds, though. Sometimes the restreams (which haf far less viewers, obviously) have the same event name as the original stream, or there are different streams for the same regular event (Playhem Daily with their various casters), or there are multiple streams for the same event. But this is definitely something I want to do.
And then of course there are the big events like GSL, MLG or IPL, which do not publish their live viewing numbers at all.
