I'm not saying they are doing good PR here, but I find it hilarious how upset people get over a statement being delayed a little. Well this news source was trusted enough when they advertised this awesome team house. The TL-Forum is not a news source...
The account that posted the news of the delay belongs to Ministry of Win, and has so far been used to make threads for every major press release they've ever made. It has 64 posts, all of which purport to be, and are consistent with being, the official account of MoW.
If they are allowed to, and have already released many of their own press releases here, why the sudden change in tone? Why is the TL forum a respectable enough news source for them regarding everything except negative feedback?
Answer: Its one of the following, pick and choose kids!
1 - They don't feel qualified to deal with this themselves, IE they're incompetent and want a news source to flower this up for them. 2 - They're stalling for time. 3 - They want to be able to claim their initial statement was misrepresented, if at some point in future they want to change their stance without losing face. If they release the statement themselves they can't blame poor reporting or mistranslation. 4 - They want to release it on a site with LESS prestige and LESS traffic than TL, so that the visible impact of making such a release is lessened.

Have you read their TL posts? MOW's use of the English language is pretty crappy.

Well if they would have released the stament, we wouldnt be speculating, and the more time it passes, the more they look shady. Its that simple.

Destiny has 100% right. Its not some kind of playground :/ Fuzer should read contract before going there, and before he paid.
Boss said some stupid shit too, but MoW have the right not to give all (2000zł) money back. You reserve a hotel room for a month and a week later you decide to leave. What do you think will happen?
kropekkk is a 'shady' figure, but in this case Law is on the side of MoW. If MoW decide to give all of the money, it will be only their good will. Can you not read? He didn't decide to leave, he was forced to leave. What I get so far is this: -Arrives at the place without having payed in advance and without having signed a contract. -Pays in cash without getting a receipt (no other explanation as to why the "Boss" guy claims he has no proof). -Decides he wants to take more than a couple of days to sign the contract. -Boss sets deadline aka "Sign my shit or leave" Dude doesn't want to sign and is forced to leave. Why exactly are you complaining that he was forced to leave? =/
Pretty much this .. From what he wrote i think its his mistake and his laziness.

So fuzer stayed there 1 month? was the contract even mentioned before he came or during his first month stay? Second month he pays and gets brought a contact? Why was the contract not enforced to be signed before the second month's payment if it was neglected prior to his arrival.
Not requesting a contract before hand is not the smartest thing to do, but come on it might be the last thing on a "gamers" mind. If someone has never dealt with contracts he might not of even known there was going to be one in the first place, since he was paying them. Regardless terrible management from MOW, this contract should of been handled way sooner then after the second month if I have understood that Fuzer was there for that long.

No, this is a post that is made by a person that is disapointed by service that he paid for. I actually tried to read thru this thread, but got bored after i noticed it's just another e-sports witch hunt at this point. You don't know MoW side of story, all there is Fuzer post. Fuzer who is side in this "conflict" and propably is at least a bit biased. So instead of waiting for MoW statement 90% of posters here already decided that MoW is evil and should be burned.
Yeah, no drama hunting here.

Lol, even I'm able to correctly write one or two sentences, but we're talking about the whole statement. It's pretty much obvious that they're going to need someone with a perfect English to do so.

You realize that's entirely opinionated right? I rarely post in drama threads, I'm an avid fan of esports and SC2, and I don't think shady business practices (if that's what they are) should be allowed. Delaying by MoW only makes their case worse - at some point most people will just take this version as true regardless of the statement. By delaying, they're digging a hole. That certainly doesn't help their appearance, which goes back to shady business practices.

We have absolutely no problem hearing the other side of the story. It's the other side having problem telling it.

Sorry i dont get that... ;(

So, MoW gives him contract a bit late, Fuzer doesn't want to sign it and is kicked from the house.
MoW needs to pay taxes for their income, Poland is not Monaco, so they absolutely need a contract.
About the actual statement, it's quite possible that a eSports news site is actually paying for rights to publish it, knowing it will generate quite some traffic on their site.
